Malay Movies

Recently, I am quite impressed with Malay movies. Not sure why. But I like Beto Khusyairi which I think he can act really well and I actually think that he can be compared to Johnny Depp. Maybe people will think that I am crazy to compare a local Malay artist to a high end hollywood celebrity. But I think we as Malaysian should be proud of our own Malaysian masterpieces. They deserved to be given a chance. I just watched two of Beto's works namely "Istanbul Aku Datang" and "Aku Dia dan Tong Sampah". I think these two movies are good enough. The storylines are simple yet creative. I never thought that by giving them a chance, I can be impressed by their talents. Beto is a really good actor! Kudos to you Beto! I am looking forward for more movies from you!
